We are on a mission to increase the visibility of under-represented ethnic minorities working in the built environment on industry panel events and conferences.

So often, people from ethnic minority backgrounds by default become the designated ‘diversity’ speaker. But we know outside of people’s interest in diversity and inclusion, you all have expertise that you may prefer to be known for.

Our speaker directory ensures we have your details and expertise on file to match you up with relevant event organisers.

We are looking for individuals from all built environment disciplines: surveying, development, fund managers, construction, analysts, community engagement professionals, architects and more.

Speaking at events not just raises your visibility, it increases your confidence and helps create role models for those attending events or entering the industry.

We hope through our organisation, we can provide ethnic minority professionals with relevant opportunities to enhance their profile and create those all-important networking connections.
